Welcome to UFC Predictor (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using UFC Predictor, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Account Registration

To access UFC Predictor, users must create an account. Free users have limited access to fight predictions and basic statistics. Full access to detailed analytics requires a paid subscription.

2. Subscription & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. No refunds are offered. Users maintain access until the end of the billing period if they cancel. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

3. Restrictions

Users may not contribute content to the platform. Scraping, data mining, or automated access to UFC Predictor is strictly prohibited. For API access, contact support@ufc-predictor.com.

4. Intellectual Property

All predictions, data, and content on the Platform are the property of UFC Predictor. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or resell the platform’s content or insights.

5. Disclaimer

All predictions and analytics are provided for entertainment purposes only and must not be construed as betting or gambling advice. Users assume all responsibility for actions taken based on information from UFC Predictor.

6. Limitation of Liability

UFC Predictor is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or reliability of predictions or analytics. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or other consequences resulting from: Platform downtime, Data inaccuracies or errors and/or Betting decisions based on predictions

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

9. Arbitration Clause

Any disputes arising from the use of UFC Predictor shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in the United Kingdom under the rules of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
